Course Description

The media landscape has changed dramatically in the last decade and continues to morph and splinter into different formats. This affords architects an excellent opportunity to promote their work and topical expertise in numerous different types of media outlets - from the traditional newspaper or business journal to vertical and industry-specific trade publications to local design or policy-oriented blogs. And while they all need content and often times quickly, they all require a strong knowledge of how to engage with whatever type of media outlet they are AND the ability to navigate the actual interview experience so that your most important messages get traction. The best media efforts aren't done in random bursts, but through a well-conceived and sustained plan.
