The Potomac Valley Archtiecture Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that works with the AIA Potomac Valley chapter to promote architecture education and careers, and to share information about the importance of design in the built enviroment with the public. The Foundation relies on public support of this mission and we appreciate your support in helping us do this work!

Your financial support will help us:

  • give scholarships to students pursuing architecture degrees in Maryland;
  • organize architecture career exploration events for high school students;
  • teach the public about sustainable design and sustainable living through student and public events at LEAFHouse;
  • maintain, operate and conduct research on the unique energy systems of LEAFHouse in conjunction with University of Maryland faculty and staff
